Was just wondering if anybody has tried this Barnes ammo for deer hunting or if anyone could recommend a 357 ammo for deer with a Ruger GP 100

Shaun, this ammunition is near the top. Only Underwood, Buffalo Bore or Doubletap Ammunition are better hunting loads.
