Derek, this has been the case for 3 or 4 months now Sir. I'm in NC as well.

Since the beginning of the year,  several states have required us to collect  state taxes.  In other states,  the FFLs are charging the state taxes.  This will be changing vary soon and all states wil require us to charge state taxes
