Jim, Yes you should be able to control this firearm with a good firm grip. Large hands should not be a big detriment in gripping this revolver. I just use a 2 finger grip on most small revolvers. This one is larger. This grip is very tacky and grippy. You should not have any problem.

Jim, yes Sir. I'm a 6.6 Country Boy with large hands and the grips are comfortable with no slippage.
