Christopher, This firearm/other is legal in MD. Here are shotgun restrictions:-------The following are prohibited: Shotguns with a capacity over 10 rounds. Semi-automatic shotgun that has a folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
