Mark, no Sir. It has too many IL restricted features (Muzzle brake / muzzle compensator & Capacity to accept a detachable magazine outside the pistol grip) as listed under Handguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf
