Jonathan, I would say yes since the pistol grip is no longer a factor here but, I would check with a local NY FFL as the NY Safe Act may have some caveats on this. Some NY FFL's apparently sell these.

Jonathan, Should be NY compliant. No threaded barrel, adjustable stock, pistol grip, or standard magazine capacity over 10 rounds.
