I ordered two different types of RWS Target Rifle Ammo. One showed it as manufactured by RWS (UPC 4000294 132476), the other listed Walther as the manufacturer, the box was different (UPC 723364 324789), and it was an additional $0.82 in cost. I assumed that these were different. I was charged extra $10 for shipping from 2 different places. Turns out that both shipments contained the same ammo, and it was the cheaper UPC. Who do I complain to? I can't find an email address on their website.

I also just received a incorrect item I ordered 6 1911 38 super mags and got 6 410 bore snakes I contacted buds the sent me a return label to drop them off at the post office since they did not have the correct item they refunded my money it took about a week after they had received the items you should Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
