1. How many mags come with this gun?

2. I plan to shoot 9mm and 22 TCM (maybe not 22 TCM-R) with it. The RIA mags are $30 each.

Randy suggested MGCGOV38B [ Mec-Gar MGCGOV38 1911 Magazine 9RD 38Super ] for $14. Will this work with 9mm, 22 TCM, or even 22 TCM-R? 38 Super with the RIA 51815 [38 Super]

Alex, Rock Island ship their pistols with (1) Magazine Sir. The 38Super magazine is universal to 38Super, 22 TCM, 9mm and 22 TCM-9R and will fit/fire all Sir.

z1 mag included yes the mecgar  38 super mag works just fine with 22tcm 22 tcm 9r and 9mm in my single stack 22tcm /9mm gun I also use it in my 38 super 1911 (Taurus) it will also work just fine in the Ria 38 super gun I do suggest trying one to be sure before ordering a lot of them as all guns have their likes and dislikes
