CZ 75 SP-01 9mm Pistol
Daniel, yes, the CZ 91152 CZ-75 SP-01 DA/SA can be carried Cocked and Locked and the chamber can be cleared by racking the slide with the magazine removed of course.

Cocked and locked yes, but the slide cannot be manipulated while the safety is on as the lever locks it in place.
