Hi Jeffrey, I went to the Weatherby website and the only differences I see is the MAMM is .5lb (half a pound) lighter and has a slightly different cheek comb. Other than that they spec the same. Their Customer Service Line is: (800)-720-3275 - Monday-Saturday 9AM - 6PM (Central Time). They will surely be able to clarify the differences for you.
