Does this rifle come with a mil spec buffer tube, and will there be problems with the rifle if I decide to put a guiessle fore end to replace the mlock one that comes with the rifle?

This has a Mil-Spec buffer tube from Colt. This should work just fine, however, you should verify with Colt customer Service/Product Information at: Tel: 800-962-COLT (2658) * Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST
