Are these stocks from the latest production from Promag and has Promag addressed the issue of the stock trigger not being able to be fully depressed to fire with the stock trigger due to too much material at the back of the trigger guard as was the issue with some of the early production stocks? William, This stock will not fit like a glove. This stock will take some tinkering and customization to fit the Mosin receiver and barrel. Do not expect a drop in situation no matter how many rolling improvements Pro Mag has made. These will never be a perfect fit.
