I cannot get the pin back in to the barrel, it goes through the receiver fine but will not go though the barrel during reassembly. It came out so easy. I've got it lined up. To test I tried putting it just into the barrel hole and it wouldn't even go in. Came out will not go in not super complicated. Tried from different sides. Nothing works so far. Barrel tilted.

Marc, I'm not much help. Henry says not to take hinge pin out.  Make sure you keep forend on. The design is NOT intended for regular disassembly.
Each time you remove the hinge pin, you minutely alter tolerances.
The more you do that, the more you risk loosening the hinge through wear.

It CAN be broken down, but I wouldn't do it as a regular practice.
I asked Henry about this and the lady I spoke with said it wasn't designed as a take down.
