they have recently changed to ups before that it was Fed ex "Free UPS Shipping Option only applies to accessory items. To qualify, the total value of qualifying items must be at least $199.00 to ship free. Richard, BUDs uses both UPS and FED EX. My last 20+ shipments to my home have been UPS Ground.
