Glock 19 Gen4 9mm Pistol
FS on this model stands for Fixed Sights which is just Glock's odd way of denoting their standard non-adjustable non-night sights.

William. The FS acronym is Fixed Factory sights. The rear sight is dovetailed in and adjustable for windage.
