Edward, Yes the ProMag 32 round 10/22 magazine will fit on the 10/22 take down model.

it will fit but as a promag magazine I would not make any guarantees that it will work over 75% of the Promag magazines that I have bought do not work

Edward, yes Sir, the Promag Magazine will fit the Ruger 10/22 LR Takedown Model #11100 just fine. Promag has a great warranty system for their line of magazines.
