can this be fitted with a permanent stock? does it have a flash suppressor?does it have a threaded barrel? I am from NJ and can not have any of these items along with the pistol grip.

Daniel, unfortunately it does have a threaded barrel with flash suppressor, 20rd magazine and an adjustable stock. It is not NJ compliant Sir.

It seems as if you're also asking if Buds will alter the rifle for you. Unfortunately, firearms will not be altered, unless Buds gets it state specific compliant then that's how it will be sent. I live in CA and I have to deal with the same nonsense our politicians have given us.
