I understand that the Walther PPS M2 version is offered in black and FDE, but is the PPS M2 LE version also offered in FDE?

Barry, no Sir it is currently not. Due to the popularity of the FDE, maybe it will catch on in LE.

Barry, Black only in LE  version. Not much more then black options in Law Enforcement offerings.
