According to the UPC code this model should have a Tailhook brace, although Buds' and many other sites show it with a Magpul stock. I would expect Buds' customer service to be able to verify and give the final answer especially with regards to it being NFA or not, but from what I can find it should look like this in reality: https://img.rsrgroup.com/pimages/BFM17191_1.jpg

Michael, no Sir. This UPC code Pistol comes with a Tailhook Brace and is not an NFA SBR Firearm.
