I don't think it is "optics ready." To answer the second part of your question, I have seen that firearm with a red dot style optic. I'm not sure if you'll need an adapter or some kind of base, as stated in your previous question. If modification is needed, you might want to check out NeuMount or UM Tactical. Those are like mounts not directly on the slide. They look different and kinda bulky but it's fine I guess. Or a Leupold Deltapoint might fit with an adapter or mount kit. Hope this helps. The XDM OSP obviously is optics ready, but the one you're talking about I don't think so. The other model can have a suppressor attached and mounting red dots on that make sense.
