I have a P226 Scorpion Elite and a regular P226. These magazines do not stick out a lot. It's not even noticeable while operating the firearm. The plate is just slightly thicker versus the flat plate on the factory mag, which I like because I can get a better handle of it. Though not part of your question, they're reliable.

Benson, no Sir, no major difference. It will fit Flush. The only difference is the slightly thicker floor plate. This will fit without issue same as your factory magazines.
