It is the same gun but one handle is a newer design. If you order one you will get the newest design. I would go with the picture on the manufacturers website

Since Buds does not open new firearm boxes, I would call Taurus with the UPC code and Model number to verify which handle so there are no surprises. This could certainly be the older style grip. These will have a bull on the grips. Its just a stock photo.
