how does anybody ever get through to Bud's Customer Service Dept?
Nobody answers the phone, you just get put on hold forever. I was put on hold for over half an hour, nobody ever answered, just music playing. this is the most non existent customer service and unfriendly experience I have ever had with any online retailer ! Unbelievable !!!

Chris, you can contact Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner.  9am to 7pm on Sunday.  (It really is hit or miss).
