no MD has a 10 round capacity limit on shotguns see **** "The following are prohibited: *****Shotguns with a capacity over 10 rounds. Semi-automatic shotgun that has a folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
