Put it this way, if you're recoil sensitive I don't recommend this, UNLESS you practice practice practice. This thing is "snappy." It is great for concealment, though, obviously. I have shot this but have not conceal carried it. If you're recoil sensitive I would try some recoil reduction ammunition, because 40 S&W out of a polymer framed pistol with a 3" barrel packs a little hit but nothing crazy. If you're not recoil sensitive, this should be fine. If you can handle 45 ACP and 357 magnums then this will be fine.
