Not sure what exactly you mean? If you're saying a cleaning patch got caught in the barrel the easiest way to dislodge it would be to push it out through the breach with a cleaning rod. Preferably a solid one made of brass or aluminum. A large wood dowel would be ideal as well.

If you dont know how to field strip it, get on you tube, There are way many internet experts, but start with a dowl rod and push it in, get a flash light and make sure there are no left over items, , 2nd never let jr touch it again
