Recoil is pretty stout. Not too much less than a mid level 44 Mag. Barnes VOR-TX Ammunition 41 Remington Magnum 180 Grain XPB Hollow Point then Hornady Custom Ammunition 41 Remington Magnum 210 Grain XTP will be about the mildest Hunting load.

That's a mean wrist strainer with most rounds. I don't think its something I'd enjoy shooting more then once.
