James, the Glock G30 Gen4 design is a small easy-to-shoot package combines a shorter trigger reach than the G3/G4 Glock 21 G4 with a great magazine capacity. The G4 Glock 21 also includes interchangeable palmswell grip inserts for optimal hand fit and trigger reach: S, M, ML & L. The G30 is best for smaller hand individuals.
