At the very top of the page click on the CONTACT US icon. From there look for the section titled EMAIL US. In that section click on the option that states EXISTING ORDER QUESTIONS. When you click on that you can write Customer Service an email. If you're a TEAM BUDS member then click in the TEAM BUDS PRIORITY RESPONSE. I hope this helps.
