Tommy, I seriously think this is a listing error Sir. I would contact Buds Customer Service to inquire at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
The only difference that would be is that the 3 to 9 by 50 has a 50 mm objective. When it comes to the price, there's a huge mistake. I would recommend contacting buds do the option to have them make a correction. Actually, I will do that right now to avoid confusion from fellow buds customers. Thanks for bringing this up.
Tommy, Only difference in the scopes are size of the objective bell. One has 40 mm objective and one a 50 mm objective. Price must be a typo where a 7 instead of 2 was entered in price. Do not buy the Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 for this price.
