Kevin, the Sig V-Crown line of ammunition is comparable to the Speer Gold Dot line of ammunition. The average velocity for the same grain weight of bullet was approximately 35fps slower than the non +P Speer but was just as accurate and reliable from my Glock 17, Canik TP9 and Taurus G2C at the range.
Sig and Glock have exceptional histories. They are high quality products even though Glock is cheaper. They pretty much eat anything you feed the. I used these bullets out of my Glock 22. I don't have an HK but I'm sure it will work even better. You mentioned USP 40. That USP line was actually specifically made for the 40 Smith and Wesson bullet. What does that tell you? That it will work.
Oh, yeah. Those two firearms will shoot this fine ammo with ease.
