I bought one last year - if your buying from Bud's - Da Man - buy the one with 13rds - the 10rd and 13rd are same exact gun - did not know when i bought - my son for xmas 2016 bought me 2 more mags 1 10rd - 1 13rd - buying the one with 13rd mag saves you some money on the mag - hope this helps - as to the gun itself - LOVE IT - shoots great
