I've looked at several of these in this caliber and the prices are all over the place. So I was wondering if some of these are the older models that have the old style trigger and barrels that haven't been hand lapped

No they all have the same UPC number I only found one retailer that was way out of line on the price most were between $1250 and $1450

Jason, the UPC code did not change so I would assume that the lower priced units are the older trigger & non lapped barrels. The only true way to tell would be to have the actual serial number for verification at Weatherby (which probably won't happen until after purchase).
