Hi Earl, if this is a firearm, you can purchase a "Gift Card" (Buds has a Paypal Option) for this. You can then use the gift card to make the actual purchase. Paypal can only be used to purchase gift cards at Buds.

It is PayPal that refuses to allow their services to be used for the purchase of guns or ammunition. Frankly, I'm surprised you can buy a gift card from Bud's.
