Is this type of ammunition safe to use in a Winchester model 1892 with tubular magazine? I was always advised to use only flat tipped bullets in tubular magazine and these cartridges have pointed tips. That would be a disaster for the tip of a bullet to activate the primer in a tubular magazine full or cartridges.

Stanley, The soft tip on this specific round will prevent any accidents. Like a primer being struck by a spitzer tip bullet. Soft point will function just fine in tube magazine 25-35.
