Andrew, The pad on the stock is not adjustable to alter the comb height on this rifle.

it is not adjustable you can raise comb with a Cheek eez pad or moleskin https://www.nokick.com/CHEEK_EEZ_Cheek_Protector_by_KICK_EEZ_p/703-000.htm

No, This does not have that function, you might be able to find a stock with adjustable comb on https://www.boydsgunstocks.com. I got one for my Howa chambered in .223.
