Josue, BUDs will not replace standard capacity magazine with restricted magazine, but will pull standard capacity magazine and ship with no magazine if that is only prohibited feature. You then purchase restricted magazines for legal use in NJ. Problem is a retailer can not alter the firearm in any way to ship to NJ. The firearm you purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before we will ship. So magazines can not be pulled to make it okay to ship firearm to NJ.

Josue, Can not alter a firearm in any way from the way it is shipped from factory to ship to NJ. So NJ and several other states do not allow removing standard capacity magazines to ship to the restricted states. Including NJ. So if magazine capacity is not NJ state compliant from manufacturer no go.
