From my understanding the short answer is no due to capacity of the mag. The capacity of the mag that comes with this is 25 rounds, while Colorado state law limits mags to 15 rounds. But, you can purchase this firearm (with out the mag somewhere else on the site) provided you follow all federal, state, and local laws (ie. must be shipped to an FFL, proper paperwork completed, and you are not a felon or have any other disqualifiers). Shengwei X, This firearm is Not CO compliant. The 15 round standard magazine capacity applies to all rifles even 22lr. Unless they are tube magazine fed. So 25 round capacity magazine makes the rifle non compliant in CO. The magazine can not be pulled because CO is one of the states where firearms can not be altered in any way from how they come from manufacturers. Not with 25 rounds. Buds will not make changes to a gun.

As long as ther magazine capacity is the only issue (which it appears so for CO) then Buds can remove the magazine and ship the firearm without it.
