Stephen, I'm sure they do not want to deal with the red tape of a restricted non free states compliance laws. There's got to be some kind of grey area with the capacity or possibility of this magazine functioning in a semi-auto. I'm sure BUDs has a reason. The service rep you get if you call 859-368-0371 probably can't give you an answer. The attorneys probably have the answer.
