no it does not if they changed the color the would have to resubmit the gun to the CA DOJ for testing and approval you can buy the black one and have it cerakoted to any color you want

Jaime, not at this time. Once Tavor submits the different color options will you be able to purchase. I happen to think this is silly by the way but California is about as stick on firearms as States come.

Jaime, One color for CA. You can Cerakote, duracote or rattle can this firearm any color you want.
