Damion, As long as you keep the 5 round magazine this shotgun is NJ compliant. Also the stock being attached to grip clears your prohibited pistol grip ------------- The following are prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip.
Even though the stock is attached to the pistol grip, it should still be considered a pistol grip. So unfortunately, it doesn't look like would not be compliant in NJ. But the best way to confirm that would be to check with your local FFL's and see what they say, an argument could be made that it is basically the same as a "thumbhole" stock.
