Matthew, Buds usually grades very conservatively on the present condition of the firearm. You can always request additional info/pictures from their Inventory Dept. through Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
Matthew, BUDs does grade pre owned firearms very fairly. Some of the surplus stuff is luck of the draw. I've bought pre owned Glock Gen 4 G27, Gen 4 G35, Gen 3 G19, 2-Sig P320s, Sig P229, S&W Model 10 and Model 66, Remington 870 Super Mag, and Marlin model 60 all pre owned from BUDs. Very happy with all purchases.
