The LE would probably be the law enforcement model, but is the same thing. LE customers get a slightly lower price for an item. Actually, Qualified Professionals will get that. To the the LE model you'd have send proof/credentials of your status of employment. It will be reviewed then decided upon if you qualify as a Qualified Professional.
