Ronald, yes. The 10rd and 13rd Magazines are physically the same dimensions with the 10rd magazine just being internally blocked to only hold 10rd for sale in capacity restricted States.

Yes the 10 round mag is just a 13 round mag that has been restricted to hold less than it was designed for. It will not protrude from the grip.
