Aguila 9mm Full Metal Jacket
That sounds like Italian. I know it says Central. Maybe it's made in the central part of the country or city.

Honey, this is Spanish. It is basically saying that is is a centerfire round. Cartuchos are cartridges.de fuego central basically means "of centerfire." I'm half Latina and half Caucasian so I know a little Spanish. More like Spanglish. LOL.

Arthur, cartuchos = Cartridge and de fuego central = Centerfire.
