Robert, I have heard from members that if magazine capacity is the only State restriction, some Customer Service Reps have offered this so I would contact Buds to see whether they will or not at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Buds has said that they will remove the over capacity magazines if that is the only compliance issue. They do not replace it or swap it out for a lower capacity one. But this one shows it still comes with a 15rd mag as well, and extras can be purchased as well.
