I believe this to be a Gen 3 RUger Precision Rifle. All Gen 3 RPRs have a built in trigger adjustment tool hidden inside the bolt assembly. You would have to fold the stock and at the very rear of the bolt assembly you would have to "unscrew" the rear end, thus exposing the built in tool.

Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger is externally adjustable with a pull weight range of 2.25 to 5 pounds; wrench is stored in the bolt shroud.
