Based on what I can see externally it is either model 8635 or 8637 depending on the capacity. The rest would be questions for Buds' customer service as I am unable to look any of that up as just another regular user.
Carl, Buds Customer will need to get this specific information from their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
That's a tough one but you might want to call but at the number1-859-368-0371. Or another thing you can do is hit the chat icon on the bottom right of the page.
Carl, The IU prefix in BUDs model number mean Used Good. So condition should be 70%-80%. Even if it is model 8637-10rd mag or 8635-17rd mag exactly the same gun in dimension and function. Both exactly same MSRP on Ruger's site. You can use the 17rd magazine in either $26 and free shipping.------https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/5756/ruger+mag+amer+pstl+9mm+17rd---It is same size as Glock G19 1.05" wide, 6.65" long, 4.48 high. It is called a compact. Probably just an individuals trade in. Not aware of any LE that uses this as a duty gun. If came from Security Company or LE BUDs woud have more then one used in inventory.
