According to CZ-USA, model number 91521 is Flat Dark Earth. Possibly it is a bad stock photo.
Honey I'm sure you check the round but I also did and I guess it has to do with lighting. On some lighting it looks really really light like a really like Flat Dark Earth and other times it looks more of a green like you said. I'm pretty sure it's an fde color and not a green color scheme.
Jonathan, The frame is FDE Flat Dark Earth. There are so many different tones of FDE. 2 different tones on Glock 19X, 3 different tones on the Scar all on same gun. So call it what you may. CZ calls it FDE.
