Tom, The compact model 31114 has a 12.5" LOP and additional modules are available at ShopRuger.com. to make LOP longer. No model set up that way.

no it is not adjustable 12.5 inch lop

Tom, it is fixed at 12.5 inches. Modules are available for comb/lop adjustments : http://shopruger.com/Modular-Stock-System-Bundle-Compact-Pull-Kit/productinfo/26056/
